After graduating from the University of Melbourne in 1996, Erosha obtained her fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2006, and a further Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Melbourne in 2008.

Erosha has extensive experience in managing patients with a range of Endocrine issues, including:

- Diabetes (Type 1 and 2) management, including insulin pump therapy for Type 1 diabetes
